Newly remodeled 3/2 spacious home. New Hot Tub. 1 king Bed, 2 queen beds, 2 pull out sofas, 1 futon. Bring your jet ski's or boat to this family friendly home. Over sized lot for boat trailer. Gulf Access, Fabulous fishing. Boats Sailboats welcome. Close enough to walk to town but quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Bike to Artistic shops ; Food. Live music at local restaurants. Cape Coral is 3 mi away Ft. Myers 20 minute drive. Pine Island Community Pool 10 min drive. Longer stays available. Pet friendly for the right dog. Adults will love the Wine Fridge, Margarita maker, Hot tub, Kids will love the life size Connect 4 game, Nostalgia hot dog maker, board games, 3 TV's and free Internet. Pac Man, You will really like it here! Tie up multiple boats. Boat lift available for additional fee and only for stays over a week for EXPERIENCED operators only.
