The waves seem so close you can almost reach out and touch them from your back deck! Spacious for large group gatherings/family reunions and private for intimate getaway weekends for couples. No streets to cross, no crowds, only you and your loved ones enjoying the amazing view and sounds of the ocean in your own little heaven. ~~This gorgeous house is fully registered and licensed with Brevard County and the State of Florida~~ This is a single rental property, a beach house with 2 totally separate self-contained floors offering the privacy of separate entrances and the convenience of indoor connection via the foyer and outside connection via the wrapped around deck for your group. Each floor boasts a separate living, cooking/eating quarters, and 3 bedrooms combining with 6 pullout sofas sleep comfortably a total of up to 19 guests.
