Come and enjoy the stunning views in all seasons with your family, friends or someone special. New construction 3 bedrooms house , and Private beach is waiting for you .The only you need is you and your family to enjoy. The house includes : 3 bedrooms / 2 full bath a large deck and fence in backyard. Colonial beachTown 8 minutes, 2 minutes marina and 10 minutes Westmoreland beach . The community has a private-beach with a dock, picnic shelters and lots of parking. ,,
