I pride myself in restoring older buildings with today's modern convenience and have done the same with my Airbnbs. Instead of replacing cookie cutter apartments, I try to maintain the characteristics of our properties. I love showing these features off to folks traveling to Dallas. We are available through booking messages (preferred), Phone, and Text. We live close by if you need anything but also give our guests space.

Our old-school charm apartment built in the 1930s is a comfortable and welcoming space, ideally located near Lower Greenville, SMU, and some of the best nightlife in Dallas. We’re excited to share this vintage flat, full of character. Travel back in time and expect vintage charm with some quirks—like original floors and original fixtures. Neighbourhood information

We are tucked away in a safe and family friendly neighborhood on Lower Greenville and the M-Streets. It is a stellar location with lots within walking distance. Tree-lined streets and just East of North Central Expressway so easy to get to any Metroplex area. Easy walk to DART bus stops. Easy pick up for ride-sharing like Uber or Lyft. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars for your convenience.
