Property information

The brand new Marlin Beachside reopens after 2 full years of remodeling and restructuring under new ownership. The Marlin Beachside is a boutique art-deco apart-hotel, located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, just 30 meters from the beach. The Marlin Beachside has 11 independent units, distributed in a 2-story building. We have units capable of accommodating from 2, 4, and up to 6 guests. All our units have an independent private entrance, and most of them have a private balcony and a privileged ocean view. Each unit incorporates a full kitchen, with all cookware included, the largest have private rooms, plus a living room and dining room. Each unit has fully equipped private baths. One of our units (Unit # 3) is equipped with access and amenities for handicaps. Please visit us at themarlinbeachside for more information or reservations with special discounts.

Location Hollywood Beach | Florida Hollywood Beach is known for its Atlantic Ocean-facing beaches and “Old Florida” feel. Locals and visitors skate, cycle, stroll and ride foot pedal buggies along Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a palm-lined brick promenade with tiki bars, seafood eateries, motels, and hotels, including the new and remolded “The Marlin Beachside” Apart Hotel.
