This charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled back in a calm cove and is located close to Bridgewater Plaza, several local restaurants, and the grocery store. As you enter this beautiful home, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space and seating, plus all your basic needs for your vacation cooking desires! Grab a book or a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunrise while sitting out on the screened porch, or have a meal on the deck at the picnic table that overlooks the gorgeous views of the lake. It is the best of both worlds! The living room and dining area provide plenty of seating and activities the whole family can enjoy - have a family game night or movie night on the TV! Three bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this level. The fourth bedroom is upstairs. Downstairs, you will find a second family room with a TV, an air hockey table, and two futons. Walking outside from the lower level, you will find a porch swing and a patio table to enjoy the outdoors. This home sits on a gently sloped lot and has easy access to the water. The spacious dock provides plenty of room to enjoy the lake and has room for one boat at the floater. There is a kayak and canoe for use as well. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
