This condo is located in building 19 which was built in 2001, one of the newer buildings in the complex. The west facing vistas provide amazing views of Gore Creek, Bald Mountain, and of course spectacular mountain sunsets. The condo is more spacious than the earlier built 3 bedroom 2 bath properties. The open living space has many upgrades, gas fireplace, and is beautifully furnished with leather seating areas.There is a king bed in one bedroom, 1 queen bed in a second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. A communal hot tub is provided for this building only. This rental is conveniently located on the Town of Vail free shuttle. No pets please and absolutely NO smoking of any kind. Any reoccurrence of a viral pandemic will result in a full refund.
