Our home is located in Central City, a culturally rich and historic neighborhood just minutes from downtown New Orleans, the Garden District, and the French Quarter. You’ll be close to St. Charles Avenue, where you can hop on the famous streetcar line and explore iconic sites, restaurants, and bars with ease. This area offers an authentic local experience—full of music, history, and charm. While the neighborhood is still growing and has a mix of new development and long-standing residents, it remains one of the city’s most diverse and vibrant communities. Street parking is free and usually easy to find. You’re about a 15-minute drive to the French Quarter and just minutes from Uptown, the Superdome, and more. Note: Like many urban neighborhoods, we recommend being aware of your surroundings and taking normal safety precautions, especially at night.
