VILLA LAS PALMAS is a beautiful, fully renovated and custom interior designed home that features a heated pool and spa with two master bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). This fully fenced home will entertain the entire family. 16' Vaulted ceilings through out the home lead to the bright, open chefs kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, breakfast bar, and wine cooler. The spacious open floor plan features a formal dining room that seats 8, a family room to spend your nights with family and friends, and game room which features a pool table/ ping pong table. The sliding glass doors lead to the covered, screened-in pool and spa like a park-like backyard outdoor oasis. Master bedroom 1 features a king bed with a dual vanity, walk in shower and tub, spacious walk in closet. Guest bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVS. Separate in house laundry room with W&D, gas grill, 2 car garage, and 2 bicycles for your use and entertainment.
