It is located minutes away from the beach, Bal Harbour Shops, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Aventura Mall, and a variety of shopping outlets. The building has a swimming pool, BBQ area, and all exposed to the bay. Parking is also available free of charge (must register at front desk). *Please Note there is a resort fee of USD10/ per person at check-in. (USD100 if stay over 10 days)
