Waterside Village is a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach with condo buildings and cottage-style houses. The community layout is centered around the gorgeous, zero-entry community pool and hot tub, which sits on the canal bank. Around the pool are lounging chairs, outdoor dining space, parkside grills, and boardwalks. The pool and canal have great views from the balcony of Waterside Village Condo 304, and the beach is in sight from the living room deck and is just a short walk away. Grab the wagon and walk down for a day at the beach, then come back up to let the kids play in the pool while grilling hamburgers for an evening cookout. Condo 304 is on the third floor, accessed by either stairs or an elevator. Once inside, the living space is laid out all on one level. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating and equipping the two-bedroom rental making it the perfect spot for your party of 6. Take kicking back to a new level on one of the two reclining sofas in the living room. The master has a king bed, a great pool view, and a large master bath and dressing area with a walk-in closet. Inside the closet, you will find a twin rollaway accommodating your 6th person. The guest room has a standard queen-sized bed on the bottom, a twin bunk bed on top, and a TV. Mexico Beach is a vacation paradise.
