THIS PROPERTY HAS AN INVERTER, SO NO LOADSHEDDING!! The apartment has its own separate entrance up a flight of stairs. On entering the apartment there is a private bathroom with shower, toilet & a basin to the left. The open plan room holds a king sized bed, couch, TV and kitchenette which has an air fryer, hot plate, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and crockery, cutlery & glasses for two.
The property is in a quite road backing onto the Liesbeck River, 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and withing walking distance of shops, coffee bars, restaurants & Cavendish Square
