Only a short drive, less than a hour, from Cape Town in the village of Yzerfontein you will find Mossel; a cosy flat attached, but separate from the main house with its own entrance, a lawn and protected stoep. Spending time at the flat or a short walk (less than a minute) to the beach, it will relax and revive your spirits.
There you can watch the seagulls for hours, trying to crack open the black mussels that they have snatched from the seabed, darting in quickly between wave sets.
