Sun and Sands luxury beach house, a property with a garden, is set in Port Edward, 2.7 km from Port Edward Beach, 5.4 km from Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, as well as 6.7 km from Wild Waves Water Park. This apartment offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The property has two units with two drive ways for separate entrances to the adjacent buildings. One on the ground & one above the garage. Property has shared communal areas like the garden & the braai area. Each unit can be booked separately or as a whole house. On the far side of the property there is a small occupied staff member cottage. One of the apartments is a one bedroom apartment with a big balcony at the door entrance with a ocean view. You enter to a open plan lounge with AC & a well-fitted kitchen with a sofa & arm chairs, a flat-screen TV with streaming service and a private double bed bedroom with a bathroom with bath and shower. Two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, in which one is an en suite bathroom with shower & bathtub. You enter to an open plan lounge, dinning room & a well-fitted big kitchen. Provided in the lounge with a two sofas, in which one is a sleeper couch & a few arm chairs, a flat-screen TV with streaming service. This apartment has a glass enclosed veranda with a small ocean view. Wild coast casino Southbroom Golf Club is 23 km from the apartment, while Mbumbazi Nature Reserve is 30 km away.
