Location, room, and bathroom were all excellent for walking into the Bordeaux CBD or just 30metres away from the tram. The breakfast was excellent, my only suggestion would be to have a bit more variety for the dinner menu.

The hotel was very welcoming and all the staff were very very good. My french is not good and the helped with everything and explained options. Rooms and bathrooms were a high standard. The evening meal and the breakfast were good quality and service excellent

Evetything was great. Cat Ibis made our stay even better. We love that they look after her. Staff was great. Bed is great. Everything ....we are absolutely satisfied.

Almost perfect location and quite close to the centre. Also the tram system is exceptionally good..
