IrelandI had the pleasure of staying at ibis centre in krakow recently. Everything about this hotel is excellent from the rooms to the bar and restaurant
The staff were particularly great. The staff at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. They booked my trip to Auschwitz. The restaurant and bar staff were so amazing. A special mention to the bar/restaurant manager Sebastian. He is probably the most professional and friendly person I have ever met working in the hotel business. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at the establishment. The staff between then can probably speak most European languages

The room is slightly outdated, the wall paper especially didn't look nice. Room is ok size, but I was alone, so can't really complain. The bed comfortable, bathroom ok, but I was expecting more offer on toiletries and vanity products in bathroom, but there was nothing other than body/hair product. In comparison to the Ibis budget hotel I could not see any difference.
Breakfast was good, good options, both warm and cold on offer.
