The studio is very beautiful, quiet with a lot of facilities and amenities. The owners are very kind and polite, very discreet, will provide a lot of information for the village and the surrounding area. They have taken great care to have all the conveniences that a household needs and aesthetically in accordance with the village Leonidio. Close to a lot of very nice beaches and also mountain villages.

Beachfront. Not crowded. Natural almost empty beach. We got everything we asked for. Very friendly owner. Nice place. You have to have a car here though. We spent wonderful 6 days here. We liked it, our children liked it. Local fruits and wines are cheap and tasty. There are some hiking trails nearby. Wine and oil farms etc.

All rooms have a different size. The best room is also the most expensive one and includes a separate kitchen and bathroom. The cheapest room is at the back has full afternoon and evening sun which makes sitting on the balcony impossible. The other rooms are facing the square and are in the shade in the evening.

The most obvious : incredible view. Waking up with with the sun rise over a bay, above a small village, surrounded by mountains, is quite something. Extremely quiet. Pleasantly cheap for what it offers. Don't expect any restaurant or shop at walking distance, but you can order food (there's a flyer for that on the kitchen table) or simply drive for five minutes to the village of Epidauros.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of quantity and quality. Location was set back but close to centre of beach area. Very clean. Facilities include a lovely pool area outdoor (covered) seating area, indoor Lounge and bar. Prices exceptionally cheap. The room was dated but did not detract from overall experience. Bathroom brand new. Maria and family were very friendly and helpful. Private parking (access controlled) across the road. This is more than a 2-star hotel!

The Kritikos Rooms were the cheapest and the best! Very friendly hostess, Elina. Rooms are super clean and Elina thought about everything what a traveller needs. A GREAT place and within walking distance of Monemvassia and for a refreshing dip into the sea, you just cross the road. Thank you, Elina!
