The ambient is very chill and the staff was very nice and really helpful. The food is very good. The organised tour was incredible. It is expensive but it is very well organized so i think it is money well spent. If you think the transfer they organise is expensive because the grab is way cheaper, dont be fooled. The grab wont take you there for less than 500k-600k anyway, so be prepared

no frills and easy to access. staff was fantastic. cleanliness is to be credited - very impressive for a hotel in the city centre. having stayed at some 3.5 star hotels with lousy cleanliness, its a welcome breath of fresh air to stay at Ibis Surabaya. There is a convenience mart next door for fruits and daily necessities.

A budget place for temporary stay before heading to Mt.Bromo for sunrise

Location was really very good and the staff was courteous. Good stay for budget tourists.

The location near the train station Gubeng is convenient if you‘re just on a one night stop over here. Also the price is obviously very cheap.

Stayed one night at this hotel to catch my flight from the airport. Cheap and easy to continue your travels by already being at the airport. By the way, this used to be the ibis hotel which is still shown in Grab. Hotel is located on the first floor, rooms are on the same level as the reception desk. Rooms are descent, hot and cold water. Good wifi Had to leave early so didn’t take any breakfast

Very comfortable hotel located in the terminal. It’s an Ibis hotel, so you know what you get. It’s very simple, but clean and comfortable, perfect for an early flight. The shower had great pressure and bed was comfortable.
