Views are amazing! Staff incredible! And from someone doing a Europe trip and staying in some hotels through south France and so on, this was the cleanest hotel! Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

location, free parking on site. the great spa facility and the brilliant service from the reception manager who was simply brilliant. could not do more to help you. breakfast was a feast buffet style of really what ever you wanted. superb. location is just out of town to be peaceful and the views from the lounge and bedroom were amazing. a top nights stay.

    We really liked the hotel, it’s beautiful location high up in the mountains and close to many hiking trails. We would like to highlight that the stuff was always really excellent, very nice and helpful. Nice spacious rooms, very clean, bed very comfortable.

    Very comfortable room, with all amenities (except a kettle :-( ). Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Super nice staff although struggling to speak in English. A big shout out to Jose Maria at Reception who helped to get us out of a sticky snow situation with the car. We didn't test out Spa facilities so no comment on that.
