Our package included breakfast und dinner with 5 courses - every meal has been delicious and we enjoyed all of them. Our rooms were perfect, really comfy beds and with a fantastic view. We loved the SPA, also the treatments (beauty and massages) have been extraordinary! The idea of offering teen-treatments in the SPA is remarkable. Our two teens loved the stay very much. The location is great for every thinkable adventure. Our dog Pepsi was very fond of the dog bed - I already bought the same for Pepsi at home.

Fabulous. Very well kitted out rooms. Excellent Linen. Good bathroom. Great spa with indoor & outdoor pool (although no gym). Fantastic breakfast. Well trained and super helpful staff. Located up a hill just up from Kitzbühel. The hotel is a gem.

General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning.

Excellent location opposite the main gondola. Able to ski down to hotel too. Secure underground parking with easy access to ski room. The lounge/ bar area is very nice and was never too busy. We liked the book detailing the extensive renovations that have been done. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and very attentive. The breakfast choice was great, we really enjoyed it. The entire resort was amazing, the staff is great and very professional and the spa was unlike anything we've seen before. Definitely one of the best spa resorts we've ever been to. The breakfast is great, large variety of food and beverages and the service is exceptional. Overall it was an amazing experience, we'll definitely be coming back soon.
