The staff was absolutely splendid. Very friendly and accommodating. Snack buffet came in handy and the dinner was very tasty and beautiful presentation. 4 pools and spa such a great reward after a day of hiking. I also very much appreciated the eco- conscious approach. Couldn’t recommend more.

All of the staff spoke czech and that made communication really easy. They were all really nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
