Although we got late check in the staff was very kind enough to give us an upgrade to compensate. Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms were big enough and had all the amenities.

Everything was exceptional from the moment I checked in. Warm and welcoming staff who were able to answer and help me with any questions I had. Jola was a wonderful host. Everything was immaculately clean and really homely. Jola made us feel absolutely welcome and very relaxed in her gorgeous environment. In particular, the hot tub was a real treat and Jola was very generous with her Cuban rum that was such a lovely treat.
