The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The chalet was just like the photos and at a wonderfull location! During our stay, it looked like winterwonderland. The hosts are very helpfull and easy to communicate with, they were solving problems even before we knew they were there. We would definitely recommend this place.

The communication with the owner was very smooth. By the way, thanks for the bottle of red wine, this was much appreciated;-) Very well organised apartment with a nice modern design and decorated with taste. The sauna and jacuzzi are great after a day of skiing. Location is perfect, just a few steps to the slopes and shops/restaurants.

The apartment was newly refurbished & spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed with top quality appliances (Siemens induction hob, dishwasher, and combo microwave/oven/grill), a raclette and fondue set. All the equipment is there for making your own meals. Kurt and his son were helpful. Two private balconies; one facing the mountains of Saas-Fee and the setting sun, and the other looking up a very old street with original iconic wooden barns on ‘stone toadstools’. A lift to all levels made moving in and out nice and easy. Unexpected bonus that we each had a Saas-Fee card which meant all bus travel and chairlifts were free all week. We drove to Zermatt and parked up at Tasch in huge and efficient car park, then caught train up into Zermatt (chairlifts here not included). We had a great week walking and mountain biking and used about every chairlift in the valley. The buses and chairlifts were all fabulous; clean and well organised

Amazing chalet in Saas-Fee. This is one of the situations when 11 out of 10 is a fair mark. The chalet has two separate bedrooms, spacious abd with plenty of storage. Bright and spacious kitchen with main room and dining spot. On the 0 floor there is Jacuzzi and sauna. All the appliances (including raclette and fondue sets) are available. Kitchen is wel equipped. Ski room will keep your gear dry and warm. We stayed for 5 nights and this was the best accomodation in Saas-Fee. The communication with the host was easy and nice. The person is very reasonable and kind. Oh yes, there was enough bathrooms for everyone :) All in all, this was the best accomodation we got in Saas-Fee and it stands in level of 5 start hotels.
