We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

The hotel has a great location, closed to supermarkets, bars and the beach. You can park easily in front of the hotel so it is really convenient. You can enjoy their two pools and it's beautiful, surrounded by flowers. The breakfast is delicious. I wish we would have stayed there instead of going to Tamarindo right after.
