Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is near of the city center. It has its own sandy beach, an outdoor pool, and nearby cafes and bars. It also has an indoor pool and spa. main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean , tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage .) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local diferent soups .was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

Everything was very good. Reception staff was very professional and understanding, in house porter Michael is always there if you need any advice or help with anything else basicaly. Check-in was smooth. Facilities of the hotel are fantastic, but they keep improving them every year. Hence why we keep coming back here year after year and it never dissapoints. This hotel has its own beach, but same time it sits just meters away from one of the best beaches in Cyprus. It’s called Nissi Beach and it’s picture perfect with turqouise water and white sand beach. And there is an separate island in the sea, where you just walk to over the shallow lagoon. Very beautiful. Overall, I can recommend this hotel being the best hotels in Ayia Napa (been to other 5* around the area so can compare).
