Wow, wow, wow…. We loved everything about our stay. The staff was so caring and tried to accommodate every wish. My fried had a special food allergy and they took the time to explore what they could cook for her. I travel a lot but this hotel is special, it makes you feel very welcome. Spa was fantastic too.

Absolutely wonderful location. Great apartment, exactly what we needed. Wonderful view from the balcony overseeing the Schluchsee. The pool inside the property is wonderful. The host as well as the staff is super responsive and very kind. All in all simply nothing negative to say.
