The hotel was amazing! The staff were all very friendly and the Spa area was great! Our suite was spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The food was also brilliant (only had breakfast, no evening meals).

They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. Everything’s perfect! Great location and amazing breakfast with great view of Dom Cathedral. Stayed for wedding anniversary and we received a bottle of champagne as compliment, it was not only that, we got also the room in special floor for member club and private breakfast with the great view even more close! And last we got special free welcoming drinks. It was sooo amazing experience.

The host EVA is very friendly, and she is he reason I will always stay at Oase der Ruhe when visiting my brother in Bonn. The rooms are very spacious and fully furnished. The garden is very nice. The parking is very good and free. The location is excellent. It is (for me) the best place I stayed in. The hosts' (Eva & her husband) were helpful and friendliness.
