Beautiful room, very spacious. The staff were amazing! From a friendly check in, to the serving staff and concierge. All amazing. EMON, the housekeeping supervisor went above and beyond with an item we left in our room. The food is delicious, I have all great things to say about this Hotel!

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are spacious and very clean. Perhaps above everything else is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It must be difficult to choose the "Employee of the Month" as they all are so devoted to serve the customers well. Both the restaurant(s) and the bar are quite nice. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Berlin! It is in a wonderful place, on the edge of the park and 500m from the main shopping streets.
