Staff were polite and friendly with English speakers at the reception. They were very organised and pay attention to detail.The hotel was very tidy and clean. The hotel is not overcrowded. There was a great food variety with very large food portions being enough to feed three people. The gym facility is great with up to to date machinery. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for all the services.

We were here for a wedding. We thought it would be convenient to stay overnight, and luckily the hotel and staff didn't disappoint. They helped us with everything from transportation, exchanging money, getting our debit card back after it was taken by the ATM in the hotel (oops), packing lunches for our return trip, and everything else we needed. Special thanks to Aliaa Khallaf and the director, Ahmed, for helping us get our debit card back on a Thursday afternoon. They made the impossible possible by getting it back before our trip.

The owner (Mr. Mahmoud) was very nice and cooperative. The property was as described and the second bathroom (which is a modification done by the owner) was very useful. Appropriate furniture, equipment and facilities. Good value for money. Cleaning level was OK. Will try to visit again next Summer inshaallah.

Everything from tip to toe was perfect. Mahmoud is a wonderful host who helped us a lot in Egypt even we were in Cairo. You can trust him with everything including transportation. We were there at 3 am in the morning but they met our requests at that time and showed us around the house. The house is huge enough for 8 People and clean. I strongly recommended.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The villa is located directly on the beachfront. Two of the bedrooms and the living room overlook the beach with magnificent sea views. All essential cooking utensils are available, and appliances are in very good condition. A swimming pool is available very near to the villa.
