The hotel felt very luxurious like a 5-star resort. We stayed in room 1320 in a suite with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Room was spacious, AC was strong, the pillows were comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is children-free from 12-4pm which I found reasonable, as it’s opened early until late at night which worked well for my family of 4. There’s plenty of activities offered in the hotel such as tennis, paddle board, gym, pool table, swimming, e-bikes, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and kids club, all free of charge for hotel guests. I loved how even after we checked out of the hotel, we were still able to use the facilities that day which is a definite plus. The navette was reliable and would drop us off into town centre and pick us up from the casino free of charge. There is a horseback riding school located 2 mins drive away which was great for kids to do private lessons. Would definitely return!

This is the absolute secret and lovely place, so warm welcomed by Agnes & Pascal and all conveniences. Yes its outside of the Evian downtown but quiet and silent toa stay. Garden usage, the motorbike found a parking lot in their garage! The home made breakfast was like in heaven all home made wild pork pate, brioche and multiple marmalades, cheese combo and fresh fruit salad were the morning highlights! Wlan was included for free with good speed. Drinkwater from the tap.

This place is a secret haven in the forest we felt like we are staying in a fairy tale. The sauna and hot tub was an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay here, the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. House keeping did our room everyday which is something I was surprised about being only a 3 Star hotel. The location is a little out of the village, so a car is recommended. The hotel is traditional in alpine style, however our room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool facilities were a huge bonus. The breakfast is continental as we expected, it was very fresh and a wide variety of options were available.

This residence is set within a garden in a peaceful setting at the centre of Thonon-les-Bains, in front of Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the train station.
