It was really Great. Children have enjoyed a lot. Nice decoration, nice staff, amazing swimming pool. We had a very minor topic with the lock in our room and Alexander did his best to immediatelly find a solution and provide us a better room. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive. The hotel has a handheld bidet which is great. They have upgraded our room to a garden suite, which really made us very happy and comfortable.

Sensational location offside the London inner city chaos - but with good connection to eg. Waterloo (30 min). Very quiet directly at Syon park. Nothing negative in regards of the hotel: Good breakfast & dinner, nice room and park around the hotel. Will come back!
