The best place in Kutaisi or the best place ever! We love every detail here: the apartment is big, comfortable, super clean. And there is completely all you need: specious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, jacuzzi, big TVs in every room, iron, hairdryer. The key is inside the locker on the door, the parking place is available in the private yard. And this place is located just two steps away the center of the city and the price is quite reasonable. Totally recommend and will be so glad to come again. Thanks a lot to the hosts.

I liked everything about this place! Location is perfect. Room was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Host was very approachable, positive, and we felt very welcome here. They have their own fenced yard in front of house to park the car. Breakfast is absolutely amazing.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.
