Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Dimitris is truly a five-star host! We had the pleasure of staying in a marvelous place. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect: a peaceful heaven just 10 minutes from the center of Platanias and its beautiful beaches. Communication with Dimitris was excellent from the very beginning. He responded promptly to our initial inquiries, provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. The apartment, which was just a few steps from the beach, had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation — including a small kitchen. Towels were changed daily, and the place was always very clean. Breakfast is available at the Me Gusta restaurant right by the sea. Maria was a perfect host: exceptionally warm and helpful, with great recommendations for local restaurants and trip ideas.
