A wonderful hotel with very clean rooms, very comfortable with a balcony in each room, a table, and sun loungers to relax on. Everything has been very well thought out; in the area, everything is available including restaurants, cafes, markets, and entertainment centres. The prices are very good. The place is perfectly clean. The owner is very professional and very careful about it. A perfectly managed hotel. The breakfast is very nice and the lady who prepares the breakfast is very kind and nice. The location, design and the rooms are beautiful. Thank you!

We stayed 5 days at Balance Accommodation. The premises are brand new. It has a lovely modern and very stylish design. With huge comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and comfortable room. The aircondioning worked great. The sea is literally accros the road. You have a beautiful sea view from your balcony. The upper level has even better sea views. There is private parking on site. There are many beaches close by, both organised and free. The best restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. It's located at the beginning of the town, so you don't have all the traffic and noise from the centre. It's perfect! I can't thank our hosts enough for making our visit to the area peaceful and enjoyable. With suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants to eat at, and of course their great hospitality. We highly recommend Balance Accommodation and are looking forward to visiting again.

The house is very comfortable, and the bedrooms can easily accommodate 6 people. We were 2 couples with a small kid, and a dog, and everything was ok. The beach is really close, no more than 200 meters, and you can choose the cossy one, with beach bars, or the smaller one, where you can use your own sun umbrella. The street in front of the house is a dead end, so, is very quiet. The manager, Dimitris, was very polite and helpful, and the communication with him during the booking and on our stay was very fast and clear. The terrace on the upper room has very nice view to the sea, even if it is partial, and a gas barbeque that we used and enjoyed.

Best Place in Stavros ! I never give 10 to some property , but this property it was so good for the kids , the Owner its very carefully , the pool its perfect ! If you see the Stavros you will understand that this place its one of the best , free parking lots ! Free cappuccino for the breakfast!
