Right at the beginning of this beautiful national park, wonderful location for relaxing. Super friendly and welcoming staff - reception, housekeeping, security, breakfast and dinner - truly all of them! Excellent cleaning standard - housekeeping even sneaked in while I was having dinner to prepare bed and curtains for the night and do a quick tidy up. The staff truly made everything possible to ensure I had a good stay. Breakfast and dinner was super delicious and a very good selection. I hope to return some day!

The hotel was very stylish but yet so cozy. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the very best part was freshly squished orange juice! Room was quiet and there weren't any noise from the streets even in the 1.st floor. The lobby had fruits in the evening, which was nice while being pregnant, so I could eat a little snack just before bedtime!

We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.
