We stayed two nights at George’s house, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice: the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and had an amazing view of Kerala’s nature. The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

This was one of the BEST run hotels I have EVER been in anywhere in the world. The staff and facilities are outstanding. If I needed something in my room I simply dialed the front desk and before I could turn around it was there. No request was too big or small. I saw wait staff holding babies in the dining room so that parents could eat and other gestures that went above and beyond. A special shout out to my guardian angel Vishnu who is the GM of food services. He should be president! He is so kind, hard working, considerate and thoughtful-amazing! Also a shout out to Fatima at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked in-I wasn't feeling well and she was really lovely.

The view is amazing as well as I like room that I booked it is very precious and has amazing river mountains view from gallery n they provide precious and different room for jacuzzi.
