Everything. This was our second time staying here and in our room there was a lovely personal message on a beautiful card welcoming us back. It is these finer attention to details that just add that something special and this along with the caring and attentive staff make for an exceptional stay. Our room was lovely, comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed with nice bathroom products and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with great service from the wait staff and the location is great. Would love to stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem! Apartment is spacious, super clean and comfy, the garden is a nice and very private plus. Jacuzzi and coffee machine as well. But the most heart melting is Sara - she takes care of you very well, prepares some beverages and snacks (the kitchen is well equipped), explains everything and is just the sweetest! Highly recommend!

    Villa la massa was amazing, the staff went above and beyond with their level of service. The restaurants were both very good, breakfast each morning overlooking the river was fabulous. The spa therapist gave a wonderful massage and facial. The chef came out each day to ask everyone if they enjoyed their meal. The hotel rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms were spacious, everywhere is absolutely spotless. The pool area was very well maintained, always someone to get you water, a towel. All the staff were just so friendly.

    Borgo I Vicelli is a wonderful place to relax, to explore Florence, to take a bath in the pool. We had a room with view to the olive trees garden, with AC, in an old Frantoio. Confortable bed and pilows, excelent breakfast. A great parking space on the property. You need a car for a 25 minutes trip to a Parking in Florence.
