Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Everything was great! The hotel has top location and is very beautiful. The restaurant and the bar are amazing, excellent food and cocktails combined with unforgettable sunset views. We enjoyed very much the Saturday evening show. The staff is very polite. Overall, if you want to explore this area of Garda lake or just relax, stop searching, this is the best hotel.

The location was amazing, right next to the lake and close to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were a delight, lots of young people wanting to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They loved our dog and made us all feel very welcome. I can only speak about the apartment with a private pool… which has the most breathtaking view.     The park is stunning. Peaceful and incredibly well maintained. It offers a nice range of water / spa activities one can use solo or with kids, which is a great advantage. The villa / hotel is also very beautiful, muséum like, luxurious, spacious and incredibly peaceful. The individual bathtub in the room m, with lights and music, is a great add on. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful.
