The host was amazing, last minute booking and the stay was still amazing. Good breakfast, clean room and nice outdoors space which is very well mantained. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the surroundings more.

Luca and Giusefina (I’m not sure how it’s spelt, sorry) have done a beautiful job of creating a haven of peace and serenity at the end of a long country road close to the sea (amazing beaches nearby). Breakfast with homemade preserves and freshly picked fruit was a real treat! Thank you!

Everything! I cannot praise Giovanni & his staff highly enough. The hospitality was excellent. The food & wine were fantastic. The agriturismo is in a peaceful location but near Modica & an easy drive to Noto. We wanted peace & quiet after a busy few days sightseeing & this lovely property was perfect. The pool area is beautiful & there’s a wonderful spa where I had a relaxing massage.

The privacy was a big bonus with nice views from the dining areas and pool area. The bedrooms were more than adequate, and the master bedroom was perfect. It was 35 degrees the whole week of our stay and the air conditioning more than kept the villa cool. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature for the climate its in. The pool was perfect. Everyone from my 80 year old Gran to my 9 month old baby was more than happy here. Lots of people have complained about the driveway, its a steep hill and a tight corner, any driver should be more than capable of that! it's really not a problem and you definitely don't need a 4x4 as others have suggested. (We had two estate cars) The host Giuseppe was friendly and easily reachable at all times. He will do his upmost to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. He also speaks great English.

Very special, exceptional luxury cave. It is worth the money, a great idea, professionally developed concept, maximum attention to guests, a desire to provide them with all possible amenities. It is immediately clear that the owner invested a lot of time, attention, and imagination into the embodiment of this idea, paid special attention to details, did not choose the cheapest furniture, plumbing, and interior details. All sockets and light switches were very modern and functional. The water flushing jet in a designer toilet resembles a tornado. Very comfortable, soft, round bed. The owner's wife baked an apple pie for us and we also received a bottle of champagne. As a souvenir, we were given a handmade keychain for the keys to the apartment, which was very nice and cute. We give the owner of this apartment a well-deserved 10 and highly recommend hiring a professional photographer to update your photos in this unique place. Believe us, this will give you many more new clients, because of you only they will drive to Modica! As such a unique and professionaly equiped property should be presented in the best possible way. We wish you good luck, new ideas and inspiration!
