Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Location is very convenient for walking to restaurants and activities. Good amount of free parking on site. Our room was incredible. We got a suite that was even bigger than the pictures led us to believe. It also looks more kodern than the rest of the hotel, so our experience may not be representative. Everything was immaculate and clean. It was a pleasure spending our down time here on the deck or in the loungeroom by the (lights and smoke machine?) Fireplace. Bath and shower worked well and were very large.I think the room is insulated well too. It is quite cool outside but we were very comfortable inside. Staff were also very kind and helpful. We had the option to use the jacuzzi at the hotel or use the pool next door for free. There is also an option to rent mountain bikes for a decent price.

Can't beat this hotel's position if you are planning to ski. Literally 30 seconds away from the lifts. Ski rental right in front of the hotel, and there is a ski room on the lower floor of the hotel where you can leave your equipment at the end of the day. Food was fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner included and everything was absolutely delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.
