We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The bed was absolutely massive and incredibly comfortable.

The location was perfect - close to Duomo, but at the same time on a quite street. Also the staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay. There was a nice garden and comfy loby as well.
