The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

It's nearby the train station. The have a free shuttle that takes you from and to the hotel. If you don't have to call them, just go to the information center and they will call them to get you. We stayed at the japanese style room. The futon was comfortable. It had a great view of the lake. The breakfast has a lot of optiona and it is delicious. The offer a special dinner that is amazing. The private onsen was clean. The staff is very kind and they alway have at least one that speak english.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

The place is quite big and have full facilities which make us feel very convenient. The best part of this place is able to see Fuji Mountain very clear which give us best view of all time during out stay. This place is also located near to the train station so it’s save a lot of time and really convenient.

In the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, close to Kawaguchi Asama Shrine, Villa Ensoleille has a garden and a washing machine.
