The apartment is excellent. Everything you need is there. The owners are so helpful and accommodating. They have thought of all the little details. Looks like your in the suburbs but everything is so close. Supermarket, seven eleven and the station all within 10mins walk. It was our favourite place that we stayed. Highly recommend 👌

Hotel was perfect for us and our four kids - it’s exactly what we needed. The place was clean, tidy and the kids were really excited about the place. Short walk from the station and easy to access. Loved Kameido. Easy train to wherever we wanted to go and everything we needed was close by (Kameido Clock).

The room size, the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was very easy to self check-in and check-out. The hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Staff had a translating device that made it easy to communicate in English. The hotel is right next to a mall which made it very convenient for getting souvenirs, extra luggage and delicious food!!

Due to a Typhoon, our travel plans changed and booked NiHITARU the day prior. The staff at the Spa did their best to help us on arrival and store our luggage. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well fitted with convenient items. It is a 2-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed sating out of the tourist area and there were plenty of food options.
