The Shilla was excellent. Service was outstanding - every staff member I met was warm and friendly and remembered my name which made my stay feel extra special. I loved the wellness centre - a variety of facilities and I could spend a lot of time there. I used the pool, jacuzzis, sauna and gym. Impressive facilities and very spacious even compared to many 5 star hotels I visited.

Breakfast was amazing, they had a little something for everyone. and every morning was a little different from the last but the service was consistant. Kind of disappointed they didn't offer couple massagaes but overall there weren't anything problematic with our booking. We used the subway which is a little walk but not too bad. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. I also wish to brag about the room servicebeing fast, kind and just going beyond. They really did make my stay the best.

This is our first stay in Korea, we were on a trip to get our cat properly transfer to Australia. The cat hotel that our cat stays at is just one station away from the hotel, so this hotel appears in our search. The location is premium, just a few minutes walk from the station, near the main street where loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience shops are. The BBQ down the street was pretty good as well. We also had a lovely interaction with the hotel manager, who definitely saved our day later, cuz we needed to go to the quarantine department to go through the documents and procedures. We asked a favour if we could place our luggage in the hotel, and pick it up again after everything is sorted. The language barrier did not stop the warmth and kindness from the manager; he smiled and nodded, so we didn't have to go through the hassle of travelling with 2 suitcases and 1 huge backpack. I just wanna say, thank you, and the hotel itself is perfect in every sense, the self check-in system is advanced and quick, it is a hidden gem in the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel if your destination is near.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was near the tourist attractions, the bus stops and subway. The Michelin star samgyetang restaurant is also a few meters away. Best thing about the hotel was the clean rooms and functional facilities. The staff members were all nice and helpful. They will greet and help you if needed. Room service was great and food from the First Floor was also great.

I like this hotel when I stay in Seoul. Perfect fit for a business trip. The staff is simply amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The central location in Gangnam is convenient.

The location is great. I didn't hear any noise from the next room and the bed was very comfortable. I usually can't sleep with different beds and pillows, but I slept well. The breakfast and coffee were very good as well.
