We loved our stay in Bacalar and in particular the hotel. The staff were so friendly and really took care of us whilst we were there. They provided us with some excellent recommendations and helped us book some great tours in Bacalar which really made the whole trip amazing. The pool area was good and the free bikes an added bonus. I would definitley stay again and would love to return.

It was a little paradise in Lagoon Bacalar! The view was exceptionell and we felt like in a privat house, because the hotel is very small with only a handfull of rooms. It was very calm and piecefull, so that we could recover after a 5 weeks round trip trough Mexico. We can highly recommend this hotel.
