Honestly, this is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Mexico. It's kind of a hidden gem as the front of the hotel doesn't look like much. The location, right on the edge of the old town, is convenient. Once inside, the character of the place and the rooms them self are such a joy to be in. The bespoke furnishings are of some of the highest quality I've seen; the mattress was very large and very comfortable; the rooms are spacious with nice tall ceilings. We stayed in a room near the pool, it was peaceful and lovely. We had an extra bonus from the desk manager after checkout. He noticed some challenge we were having with transportation and offered a ride (in a brand new Audi SUV) to the bus station. Very personal service, thank you.

Amazing location! Great property and rooms - I don't know what I was expecting from a wellness property but the additional activities was a great hit - we did sound healing and yoga with Maria and loved them both!

This is a small boutique hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms open off a central indoor patio with stained glass and an open airy space. The room had a comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower, and lovely artisan touches in the decor. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and we loved the dining room, and returned for a light dinner one night. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk outside of the busy historical city center, which adds to the serenity. Bonus for us: La Luz Talavera is located directly behind the hotel on the adjacent street!

I think you cannot get a better deal in the Puebla center than this one. The hotel has got the most helpful, nice and polite staff I had ever seen and they will help you with everything you need. Since we were traveling with a rented car, the parking was not an issue and they even got us a spot under the hotel camera so nothing could happen. We wanted to stay one more night and when we asked them they were happy to help. the food is phenomenal and the weekend breakfast buffet is worth the money!. Big thanks to the whole team. Everything was perfect from the location, spotless clean rooms, friendly staff and the food. Will come back in the future 100%.
