The garden and grounds were beautiful and well kept. A beautiful oasis close to the center. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

The room was very nice, the location of the hotel is just in the middle of the city, the staff super friendly, the food very good (recommend the "Huevos Motuleños" (Motul's eggs style). Also, I love the Botero paintings in the restaurant area!

The staff, especially Mae and Alexis, are amazing! Really helpful, friendly, and positive. The design of the hotel is really excellent, with the rooms facing the courtyard so that you feel a family vibe seeing everyone through the day. And the hotel design has great materials and convenience. We are a couple and had our own bathroom, but the shared toilets and sinks in the public area are also very well designed. The hotel is well maintained and the cleaning crew really works well each morning and day to keep things spotless. The activities and tips and organized tours and drinking games are fun and active. We liked all of this. We have stayed in many hotels but really enjoyed this one a lot!

We loved everything about this space: the staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, great bathroom with the tub... Nice swimming pool cleaned daily and a very tasty breakfast (pancakes for children available). The apartment is also very well-located, within a walking distance from the Valladolid's main square.

At arrival, Javier helped us to give some recommendations about the city. How to go to Chichen itza and cenotes. Later on his colleague José told us about his city were he is from and that he is from origin Maya. The location is perfect. Near the bus station and in the old center. Room was really nice.

Fantastic hotel, rooms are great and the garden is just so beautiful. The breakfast every morning in the garden just made our day. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, particularly Claudio who ensured it was a very special stay! Would recommend to anyone visiting Valladolid.
