We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁

From the very moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though at time our lack of Spanish caused confusion. They even let us check in early. The room was perfect, the views from outside our balcony of the port was immaculate, the size of the room was amazing we had more than enough space. The location of the hotel on the port and next to the town square was excellent, we always felt safe when looking around the local area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff again was very friendly. Pool area was never busy and very chilled. Cannot fault our stay, it exceeded our expectations and would happily stay there again.

The location was great - near the malecon and easy walking distance to the zocalo. It was also very secure since it was opposite the navy property which was always guarded. The buffet breakfast was also very good - wide variety of food and the fact that it's available from 6am to 12pm on weekdays and 6am to 1pm on the weekends is an added bonus. One doesn't have to get up early for the breakfast and one can skip lunch. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful.
