First of all, the hotel is new, very modern, beautifully decorated, and clean! Everything is in the details: the gym with Technogym equipment, Clarins products in the bathrooms, the relaxation room with amazing heated seats, lemon water available in the lobby and spa, and the mirror TV in the room. The staff is also lovely, and the breakfast is a solid 10/10.

We loved the homeboat company experience! It was such a unique place with your own private terrace and patio with an unbeatable view. The breakfast was also delicious and included a great spread. The staff was super friendly and helped us with our luggage and made super we were comfortable. The room and bathroom were super clean and newly built. The parking was safe and near, definitely a bonus in a city like Lisbon.

Kindness and courtesy of the staff. Interior design warm and welcoming. A class superior room received for free at the check in. The room has been found convenient and comfortable. The breakfast could be defined complete and very satisfactory for every need. Wifi perfect. Air conditioning in the room working very well and silently. Hotel position very close to the city center (two subway stop only).

Lisbon is expensive and although we paid more for this property than any other property we stayed at in Portugal, I have to say that it exceeded our expectations. The apartment smelt and looked new, and everything worked beautifully. There was even a spa bath! We appreciated the aircon and the extra touches such as good quality liquid soup and shampoo. We didn't have a 'view' as our apartment looked onto a back street/parking area but is was pleasant and quaint and part of the charm. Very centrally located, there is a food store 3 min away at the bottom of the road and plenty of access to local transport. Walking distance to everywhere important. Very strongly recommended!

The first impression of this boutique hotel was fantastic. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who assisted with baggage and provided a tour of the property. I love the idea of the "honest bar" which allows you to take what you would like to drink and pay later. I was able to enjoy the spa which included a steam room, sauna, and hot tub with different jets or waterfalls. The spa is reserved individually so i had it all to myself. I also had a balcony which I enjoyed very much and had a wonderful view of the city. I also had brunch brought up to the room one morning and the spread was really wonderful. The property is in the heart of Lisbon and easy to get around by foot anywhere I needed to go. At the end of my visit I was 20 minutes late leaving the room and the staff were very patient with me and allowed me this time to prepare to leave even though they didn't have to.
