We loved our stay, only wish we stayed longer!! The villa we stayed in was BEAUTIFUL, full of character and in the most amazing, peaceful location. We loved having access to the hot tub and pool for when we wanted to chill out 😍 facilities in the villa were exactly as described and perfect for our short stay! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again 😁

If you hapoen to arrive to a remote island as Pico here is #1 essential for you: Ana, the actual manager of this property, a stranger-sister whom you did not know you have, who just gets you. Apart from a very nice high end property, Ana took care of me, and my expectations from this vacation. She know everything in the Island by heart. She is generous, kind and smiley! I stayed extra 6 nights because of her welcoming approach!

The lady at the reception is kind and pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable, the place is lovely and quiet. We were with another couple and it was very pleasant to sit in the apartment and next to the apartment for a glass of wine and a light meal with Mount Piko standing in the background. The apartment is well equipped.

We had the perfect stay at Casas do Amarelo — it was exactly what we needed for a week on Pico Island! The view of the ocean while having dinner was simply stunning. The kitchen was well-equipped for a week’s stay, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight — especially after hiking Mount Pico in snow and rain! It felt like pure luxury to relax there after such an adventure. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with such great taste — every detail has been thought through. It’s quiet, peaceful, and ideally located: there’s a supermarket just around the corner, a lovely swimming spot nearby, and plenty of scenic walking trails in the area.
